CyberPop does not claim ownership of third-party characters, trademarks, brands or fictional properties. A verified request may lead to legal review, suspension, takedown or a do-not-publish property block. Removal does not by itself constitute an admission of infringement or liability.
For piracy or unauthorized seller reports, CyberPop reviews the evidence before contacting a marketplace, hosting service, social platform or payment provider. Those third parties make their own enforcement decisions under their own policies.
